Clean hotel in a nice building very close to lokal restaurants, the mall and several restaurants, ATMs, laundry, and minimart and city center. Varied and satisfactory breakfast available.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Location: the hotel was just off the waterfront and the restaurant and the airport. Dined at Bakmi Singapore, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue...

This place has a cool vibe, with trendy rooms and super friendly staff. the food here is diverse and absolutely delicious! 🌟

All was good.

The room was excellent and we loved our stay. The bed was comfortable and we slept like babies. The front staff was very accessible. There is a variety of restaurants to choose from, such as Ayam Goreng Swadaya, which is set within a 10-minute walk or so.

the rooms had everything you need, including a comfy mattress and clean bathroom. the breakfast buffet was really good, with plenty of options for everyone. I was impressed with the staff's attention to personal detail, they really went above and beyond to make me feel at home. the hotel had valet service and a strategic location near restaurants and tourist attractions. I had a great experience and will definitely stay here again.

the AC was a bit noisy at times, which may be bothersome to some guests who are sensitive to noise.

Had an amazing weekend at this hotel. the complementary breakfast buffet was great with lots of delicious options to choose from. the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city and all its attractions. the room was clean and spacious with modern furnishings. the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, always ready to assist us with any queries we had. the hotel's Wi-Fi connection was excellent, and we had no problem staying connected.

There were not many options for toiletries in the room, but we found this to be a common practice in many hotels. Although the hotel was in the city center, there wasn't much to see around.

I had a great 2 night stay at this modern hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, always willing to assist with any request. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, just a short drive away from the city center. I would highly recommend S Loft for a pleasant stay in Manado.

The hotel's modern decor and comfortable rooms were a pleasant surprise. The staff was very helpful and motivated to provide a customer-oriented experience. We appreciated the eco-friendly refills of water brought to our room and no plastic bottles. The location was perfect, with two local restaurants nearby serving delicious and generous portions of food.

We found the food to be prohibitively expensive, and the waiters were not properly trained, making communication with the kitchen challenging. the payment process was difficult the second time around, as our card was not accepted, causing some frustration.

We had a fantastic stay here. The best aspects were the friendly staff who even made us breakfast boxes for our early morning flight, the comfortable beds, and the option for a nice omelet and good coffee for breakfast. We also liked that there were two local restaurants with delicious food just a few meters away from the hotel.

Nothing that we didn't like.
